PURCHASED & PRODUCING

Our First Property
We are happy to report that we have successfully purchased our first property! This initial property was paid for in cash, so there is currently no mortgage. The rent of this initial unit is now pouring into Shear Love International, to improve their infrastructure, and support the work they are doing in Pattaya Thailand. We are continuing to fundraise to purchases larger commercial properties in order to create greater cash flow, and thus greater impact. More properties coming soon!

Pattay Thailand is unofficially known as the “Sex Trafficking Capital of the World.” According to a recent study, 610,000 live in modern-day slavery in Thailand, approximately 1 in 113 of the people in the country. Of those, over 120,000 are trafficked for the sex industry. By strategically supporting anti-trafficking organizations in Thailand we are able to make our funds stretch farther and our impact deeper from the get go. We are also able to call attention to one of the most widely visited cities by westerners for the purpose of purchasing and exploiting humans.
