This next step allows us to begin supporting a partner in Dayton - a region that has been identified as a significant area of trafficking activity in Ohio, where ongoing efforts continue to uncover and support victims.
From global impact in Thailand to local impact here at home, this second property represents something bigger:

OUR FIRST PROPERTY
Purchased & Producing
The rent of this initial unit is now pouring into Shear Love International, to improve their infrastructure, and support the work they are doing in Pattaya Thailand. We are continuing to fundraise to purchases larger commercial properties in order to create greater cash flow, and thus greater impact. This initial property was paid for in cash, so there is currently no mortgage.
WHERE OUR IMPACT BEGAN - Thailand
While all EDEN properties are purchased and operated in the United States, the income they generate allows us to support anti-trafficking organizations around the world.
Our first international focus is in Thailand where the need is both urgent and visible.
Pattaya Thailand is unofficially known as the “Sex Trafficking Capital of the World.” According to a recent study, 610,000 live in modern-day slavery in Thailand, approximately 1 in 113 of the people in the country. Of those, over 120,000 are trafficked for the sex industry.
By strategically supporting anti-trafficking organizations in Thailand we are able to make our funds stretch farther and our impact deeper from the get go. We are also able to call attention to one of the most widely visited cities by westerners for the purpose of purchasing and exploiting humans.
As EDEN grows, our impact is able to expand both internationally and here in the United States.
